Mission & scope

The Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences (JPPS) (ISSN 1482-1826) is a broad-spectrum, peer-reviewed, international pharmaceutical journal. JPPS was the first open access journal in the field established in 1998 and aims to be the leading journal in the fields of pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences by publishing open access premier research. JPPS is the official journal of the Canadian Society for Pharmaceutical Sciences (CSPS).

CSPS Updates

2025 Poster Abstracts

The annual meeting and symposium of the Canadian Society for Pharmaceutical sciences was held on the Campus of the University of Montreal, Montreal, QC, Canada, May 27-29. The Symposium was held jointly with the Canadian Branch of the Controlled Release Society and with participation of the Pharmaceutical Society of Japan. 2024 Poster Abstracts

The 2024 CSPS Annual Symposium was held at University of Alberta, Lister Centre, in Edmonton, Alberta on June 10-13. The Abstracts of posters presented at the 2024 Symposium and General Meeting are available here.

2023 Poster Abstracts

The 2023 CSPS annual conference was held in the Toronto Convention Centre on May 24-26. The Symposium showcased small and large Pharma, regulatory partners, and academia building and broadening pharmaceutical sciences in Canada from discovery to recovery. Open Access funder and institutional mandates: The Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences is fully compliant with open access mandates, by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC-BY). Funder mandates such as those by the Wellcome Trust (UK), National Institutes of Health (USA) and the Australian Research Council (Australia) are fully compatible with publishing in the Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences.
