The Transplantation Learning Journey (TLJ 3.0) is the closing event of a one year leading international process, aimed at creating consensus among experts on burning transplant issues incompletely covered by scientific evidence.

Through the TLJ 3.0 consensus platform, the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT) demonstrates a strong commitment to providing clinical guidance based on rigorous evidence analysis and expert discussion within a methodologically sound and transparent process.

This Special Issue compiles the guidelines from this process, which represents the first step of a continuous, regularly updated consensus program that ESOT envisions to shape future clinical pathways in increasingly complex transplant scenarios.
