My main concern is the lack of focus and inconsistency in =tle, ra=onale, aim and methods, which all address related, but different ques=ons.Based on the =tle of the paper, the expecta=on is the review will address at least current dietary guidelines and graE survival. However, the abstract states 'the impact of nutri=on on post-transplant recovery and survival', and not graE survival.2. The introduc=on suggests the review will be directed towards chronic dysbiosis and graE survival.3. Also, it is unclear whether the review aims to focus on a summary of the evidence, summarize current guidelines (or lack thereof) and/or their concordance. Summarizing current guidelines probably calls for a different or addi=onal search approach.
